Your segment + answers (no company name unless you volunteer it); optionally your email (only if you submit it). Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
A short summary ("board view") is generated by an AI model provider (OpenRouter). Results are supportive — they produce no legal or similarly significant effect (Art. 22 GDPR). AI-generated content is labelled, per the EU AI Act.
Your segment and scores are stored without your name or email and join the aggregate AIMI Index (benchmarks shown only at N≥30 per segment), on the basis of our legitimate interest in research on AI maturity (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Aggregates only — never your individual company. You can object at any time (see section 6).
OpenRouter (AI model access, USA), Resend (sending the emailed report, USA) and Vercel (website hosting, USA), each under SCC/DPF; assessment data is stored on our own server in the EU. Messages sent to hello@aimiresearch.com are forwarded to our mailbox by ImprovMX (email forwarding, USA). Vercel also provides cookie-free, aggregated visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, country, device type — no cookies), on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data.

Email kept until you unsubscribe/erase; assessment data retained for the Index in anonymized form. Transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access.
